The Board and management are committed to good corporate governance, which is essential in protecting the interests of Unitholders. Good corporate governance is also critical to the performance and success of the Manager. The Manager adopts the Code of Corporate Governance 2018 as its benchmark for corporate governance policies and practices.

The Manager also adopts the Keppel Group Code of Conduct which sets out the principles of conduct to guide directors and employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to the highest standards of personal and corporate integrity when dealing with competitors, customers, suppliers, other employees and key stakeholders.
