Tokyo Data Centre 1 is a hyperscale data centre located in Tama City, West Tokyo, which is one of the primary data centre hubs in Japan. The property is approximately 45km west of central Tokyo and 55km northwest of Haneda International Airport.

The freehold, purpose-built, multi-storey property was completed in 2019. It is built to comply with stringent seismic design standards and incorporates a base isolation system.
